Viren completed an integrated Master’s degree in History with Innovation, where he developed a strong passion for problem-solving and understanding how systems can be designed to best suit those involved within them. He recently relocated to Dubai from London, bringing an international perspective shaped by experiences across the UK, Europe, and Asia.
Alongside his studies, Viren led an ADHD-focused initiative aimed at improving awareness and support for students with ADHD through research, stakeholder engagement, and student-centred work. He also has experience in edtech environments, including as an entrepreneur in residence at Strive Math, where he supported early-stage product and strategy development focused on improving learning outcomes.
Outside of work, Viren enjoys spending time with friends, all things football, and staying active. He is also interested in politics and global affairs, particularly how complex social challenges can be approached through thoughtful and long-term solutions.
At Forward Thinking, Viren is passionate about supporting students with empathy and structure to help them build confidence, resilience, and clarity as they navigate their academic and personal journeys.
