Alexandra Bendacha

Alexandra Bendacha Newlon has spent a decade in education, specializing in individual mentorship and university admissions guidance. From Boston, Massachusetts, she graduated from McGill University with a major in anthropology and earned her Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, consistently ranked among the top two social work programs in the US. She is also a US State Department Fulbright Scholar.

Before joining Forward Thinking, Alexandra served as Director of Counseling with Hale Education Group in Dubai, and worked privately with ADEK Rize Honors Program students and young people around the MENA region, Europe, and the US. Her approach balances the art and science of individual mentorship, guiding each student on their path toward personal exploration and professional development to uncover what sets them apart.

Today, she brings this commitment to her educational consulting practice, providing one-on-one support for clients applying to undergraduate and graduate degree programs, preparing them for admission to top US and Canadian universities. She has achieved a 100% acceptance rate, with 100% of students who applied for financial aid receiving it—the highest being $670,000 USD—and has guided Division I athletes to Yale, Princeton, and UC San Diego. Her students have matriculated to leading institutions, including Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, MIT, Brown, University of Pennsylvania, Cornell, Dartmouth, University of Chicago McGill, University of Toronto, Northwestern, Amherst, Tufts, NYU, Boston University, USC, UC Berkeley, UCLA, top US art schools, and hundreds of other US and Canadian universities.

Alexandra is dedicated to helping every student discover and share their unique story, ensuring the admissions process is an empowering journey of self-discovery.
